- New Books: If you receive a new book that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Return the Book: Ship the book back to us using the return shipping label provided. The book must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
3. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned book, we will inspect it to confirm the issue.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.
5. Shipping Costs
- Initial Shipping: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
